[[window add]] <target,[target]>

======Description:======
This adds one or more [[targets]] to the window's [[window_target|target list]],
without making it the window's [[query]].  If another [[window]] already owns the 
target, it will steal it.

Remember that target lists have priority to window levels, so messages to 
or from the target will go to this window instead of the MSGS or NOTICES 
window.

Targets are per-server.  If you're connected to multiple servers, this won't
affect the target on any other server.

Use [[window remove]] to remove a target from a window.

To have all messages you send to or receive from joebob go to this window:
	/window add joebob
