$fskip(file descriptor number)
The fskip function skips the next number lines in the file. The return value is the number of lines that were actually skipped. If you try to skip more lines than are left in the file (end of file), the return value will be less than number.
The file descriptor value must have been previously returned by the open function.
The number of lines skipped int he file, which is usually number unless end of file is reached, then it will be less than number.
$fskip(4 3) skip 3 lines from fd 4.
