Synopsis:

on [<modes>]kill [<serial#>] [-|^]<match> { <action> }

Description:

This hook is triggered whenever someone is kill(3)ed by an oper.

$0	server who sent the message (your server)
$1	the victim being killed
$2	the oper who issued the kill
$3	server path to the oper
$4-	reason for the kill

To display kills in a more sane manner:

 on ^kill "*" {
    xecho -b $1 was killed by $2: ($4-)
 }
